I am unbelievably unhappy with the new dailies. If you only have a limited time to play the new system for PVE is very unacommodating. What if you missed the event by 5 minutes and won’t be around for the respawn in 2 and a half hours? Grinding out events in low level maps is impossible if you’re not there right when it spawns. Sure the vista viewing and gathering is easy but there’s always that one that keeps your from getting the meta. Not everyone has an hour to play the fractals.
In the old system you could multitask – map, do your story, lvl, etc – and get your dailies as you went along. Now your dailies are a chore that you have to go out of your way to do and, if you don’t have a ton of time to play, it leaves you not doing your mapping, story, etc. It just feels unsatisfiying to login to just get your dailies and then log out. So now you choose – work towards something big or just do your dailies? It’s terrible.
I’m so unsatisfied I barely even want to play anymore anyway.
