You will have to submit a support ticket for assistance. The support link is located at the top of the page. Note: Sometimes the support links on the forum pages can be buggy and give an error. If that is the case you can try the same link from the main GW2 website.
I submitted my ticket just now, thank you so much.
I bought GuildWars 2 about 4,5 days ago. When i tried to log in just now, i got the following message:
“Your Guild Wars 2 account has been suspended for an account issue. Please contact Support for information.
Build: 81328
Error Code: 45:6:3:2157”
I didn’t misbehaved while playing the game. I just moved two days ago. Is this the reason that I got suspended?
I hope someone can help me with my problem.
