I love the magic carpet, my Asura looks Mack Daddy while cruising around.
But, I’ve had quite a few people msg me in-game saying it often looks bugged, apparently looks as if I’m running around with the carpet, not actually riding it.
Anet, could you please look into this, as it’s a bit of a let down to the “cool carpet” factor, and I’ve noticed a lot of chatter about people not wanting to buy it from the Gem Store given the issue.
P.S – My character is Asuran, as I know there are a few different poses according to race.
Anyone else seen this, or got any screen shots?
Yep, so very disappointing, DC’d then couldn’t get back into the event due to server being full, and then the event was finished on the overflow I reconnected to.
Missed out on the chest, while I see other people (who I’m glad got to get the loot) posting up their awesome 20-slot bags (10g worth) and Exotics.
At least I got a lovely ‘Jug of Karma’ for my hours of effort in the bug ridden first phases…… o.O
A ‘sorry about that’ isn’t going to cut it this time Anet, for some of us as a lot of our faith for the future of this game is relying on how these types of mess ups are handled.
Yep disgraceful. As others have mentioned, get disconnected only to log back in with event over, and players posting up their awesome exotic drops and precursors.
Meanwhile I get a lovely Jug of Karma for completing the buggy first stage events, go figure.
Fair for all players, not just a select few, otherwise this starts to become game breakers for people.
Some form of compensation is required, not just a “Sorry” thanks Anet.
R-Pete-G, agree totally. What a disappointment this weekend has been.
Bugged events, resulting in lost time and frustration, then the final event not even clear when\where was being run, then you get there and get disconnected, and miss the chest.
Add to that (and I’m happy for people who managed to get the end chest), those of us who missed out, missed out on a stack of good stuff, while we get a jug of Karma for completing the first bugged stages.
Just not logical, and I’m really disappointed in the way Anet have managed this whole thing.
Some form of compensation is required to at least make it fair to those that disconnected, and those who couldn’t attend the short time frame that the final event ran.
