Guild Wars 2

I have been having issues with FPS ever since they turn off the culling in pve.
These are my system specs: Intel i7 3930k, 16gb ddr3 1866, Sapphire 7970ghz 6gb vid card. i am using a 3 monitor set up, which makes the resolution 5760×1080.i have everything set to max settings. (the auto-detect sets everything to high). Now before the update i would usually get 50-60 fps running around, and at world boss like the shatterer it would drop to about 20-30 fps which isn’t bad consider its pushing out to 3 monitors on a single card. since the patch my fps 20-25 when i literally just log in and no one is around me. as soon as i start an event or invasion, or even go to LA, my fps drops to 1-10 fps and the lag is unbearable. i have tried a couple different things, like turn off 2 of the monitors which had little impact on fps to no impact at all. i also turned all the settings to low(btw game looks horrible) and my fps doesnt go up at all. I was wondering if there is anything else i could do to bring up the frame rates. also i have been experiencing unbelievable lag at times. and i know it’s not me since i have a 50/25 connection speed, and reply with something else i could try would be helpful.
