If you don’t feel like it would be fun to get an Legendary, why would you get one then?
Its not like you have to do it so you can progress or clear “the next raid content” (Like in many other mmo’s) Its a choice, if you want to look cool, than you will have to work for it.
I for once love, the idea with this very-high end-game goal. I’d love to get my hands on a legendary, and I feel it will be so much fun to spend months after months working towards a cool goal and not feel that I HAVE to do it to progress or see more content from the game.
I really like Anet’s approach with a lot of the things being hard and difficult, and takes time to complete, in this game.
