What she means is pressing 1 button to set off for 1 skill is fine but pressing 1 button and having 11 skills go off is bad. I think.
I agree that they should not let people transfer to servers that their original server is going up against in wvw or also have an additional penalty of being locked out of wvw when transferring. For pve people if something is bugged just report and wait until it is fixed no need to transfer for a bugged skill point or whatever.
