Can confirm most of the above according to feedback I’m getting from people in Map and Guild chats. The biggest annoyance for everyone in my Guild is when the chat tab is full, the chat clears/resets itself. I do not personally have this problem, but a large amount of my guild mates do.
The voices thing isn’t such a huge deal to me, albeit I can see how it may annoy many people. :/
