Guild Wars 2

Hi all sorry this is the wrong section, I don’t know where to put this.
I have a personal guild with storage unlocked but it won’t let me access anything or deposit anything. I’m the leader and the only person as I use it for storage. Why can’t I deposit/withdraw anything? I’m down as leader with permissions too. Please help.

So I’ve just recently got back into GW2 and everything is different as in trait points and skills with them. I want to be a condition Necro for PvE. I sometimes do WvW so a good build for both would be great. I don’t mind if I have to change to do either I just need help allocating points. I like to use a staff 99% of the time. What would be the best builds for both with items and equipment. Any help would be much appreciated thanks.
