Guild not Upgrading

This is happening to my guild as well. We are a small guild and we purchased an upgrade a few days ago that cost us 5,000 influence, it’s not showing up. Also, the guild bank is no longer working. Additionally, I’m the guild leader and I can’t activate any of our upgrades.

I’d also like to point out that since release, this is the 4th or 5th that time this has happened to me/us. A simple re-log does not fix the problem.
