It should work, atleast it works for me.
did you try with another ranger without it? because it´s no only me who happens that
sorry can anyone explain me why, my arrows are as fast as another ranger without that trait.
You all say that it hits faster, but I proved with a friend, spamming the 1, and two pjs move equal, and he doesn´t have this trait.
