That would definitely be nice. For me it’s all about going through those Essences of Luck. I don’t know how you got 100k alcoholic drinks??
But since they don’t have that, the next best thing would be a mouse click macro tool. I think macroing is against the terms of use for most MMORPGs, but I hope they won’t mind for this use case.
If you are on Windows, get AutoHotKey:

Then create a simple script like this:

Then in game, just mouse over your stacks and press F12 to click 99 times on them.
On Mac:
I haven’t found any options that are as good. Most seem to only let click on a specific point on your screen, which isn’t flexible enough. However, this one is not too bad:

Just set up to 100 clicks, time interval (eg 100ms), and a long enough countdown for you Cmd-Tab into GW2 and move your mouse into position.
Oddly it would often give me an “are you sure you want to destroy 99 Essences of Luck” message, which is strange because I’m not doing any right clicking. Just don’t click ‘Yes’, then retry when iMouseTrick has finished clicking.
