I managed to defeat her after numerous failed tries when she was at around 12 stacks. For that, I used invulnerability to avoid her final beam. I suspect it’s dodging/blocking/invuln through that makes her not heal back up.

My friend has submitted a ticket (number 1198831) concerning mobile authentication and he hasn’t received a response (except the automatic one) for over 7 days. He needs to have the mobile authenticator removed as he’s returning to the game and he cannot log in because of it.
