1) elementalist: they have soo many useless skills and terrible survivability unless heavily traited for it, even then its squishy compared to other survival builds. id like to also see conjured weapons function more like engineer kits, ie: lose the extra one for the group but be able to pull it out at will with no major cd for needing to swap back to say water attunement to heal up quick with weapon skills.
2) ranger: pets scaling is weird and damage from ranger abilities alone are underwelming.
3) thief: other than stealth healing build there is no real method of survivability. so for things like fighting on a point in spvp it can be very dificult since you need to be evading constantly or in stealth (not contributing to point cap)
