Wouldn’t it be useful to have these actions combined into 1. I can’t think of a use case where I would want to communicate with someone I just reported for gold selling (or really any reportable offense).

I am having this issue as well. When I first noticed it I had a Razer Deathadder 3.5G, I broke my Deathadder trying to clean it and went to my backup mouse, Which is a Logitech M100. It has begun to happen more frequently with the M100.

To be clear the symptoms are : Not registering the RMB when to change view, sometimes causing the mouse to no longer be bound within the Fullscreen region of GW2 and consequently jumping to my second monitor.
