“Am I ever going to get help regarding my hacked account? This is pathetic, i’ve seen people getting responses for 2 day old issues if that, or responses regarding dye packs or responses for people who have been BANNED for doing inappropriate things – you’ve spent more time helping people who have caused THEMSELVES to get banned….
Please attend my ticket, and actually ACKNOWLEDGE that I will be looked after.
This entire time nobody has actually spoken to me even though, at every turn, i’ve done whats been requested.
Make a new ticket, resolve that new ticket, update old ticket, post in this thread, post in that thread, jump through this hoop, do a little twirl, stick your landing and hope for a pretty bunch of flowers…
PLEASE FIX MY ACCOUNT and dont just close this thread and ignore it, thats a perfect way to frustrate me further."

Dear support team
I’ve tried several different methods to get any sort of response in regards to my guild wars 2 account being hacked now over 6 days ago. I’ve followed all the instructions I could find, and every time it has gotten me nowhere. I like many others have realised that my subject line is what is most likely causing the issue. Unfortunately I cannot edit my subject line and must continue to wait for some sort of response.
One of the most frustrating parts of my support experience with your team is that I actually received a response from one of your members a few days ago however the response given to me was nearly a carbon copy of what I was given in an automated response when I first submitted my ticket (which had the requested details in it already if they bothered to read it).
So as you can see, I’ve been waiting as patiently as I could however now that my request is coming up to a week old I find myself losing all of my remaining patience and seeking assistance in any way I can possibly find it
I more than respect the fact that you are busy, however seeing your game updates highlighting the fact that you have completed work on all tickets sent in before 72 hours old… I would very much appreciate someone to help me.
After the lack of any sort of communication which would even indicate that somebody actually cares one iota about what I am requesting I find myself with little other avenue to approach.
Please understand I am a passionate fan of your franchise and this new game and would just like nothing more than to re-enter the game and once again become a contributing factor to this amazing community that you have created.

I’m posting this to assist my friend who has had no resolution to his account being hacked since 31/08/2012
He followed all instructions however he is worried his ticket subject is the cause of the problem, he tried to adjust this but was not working.
Unfortunately he is at the end of his rope after 6 days of no account, this is understandably quite frustrating for him.
To add to his frustration he did actually receive a response a few days ago however the response was asking for details he had already supplied and it was basically a carbon copy of the original automated response.
Could someone PLEASE have a look at this ticket for him as it is getting slightly ridiculous.
Thank you for your time, we appreciate the load on your support team but also have seen that people have had their prioritized requests submitted prior to Sunday, September 2 completed apparently.
