I am talking about all skills! I want to arrange the skills in orders and blocks, how it makes sense to me! Out of the box it make no sense!

It’s a great game, but it has to be a bug that i cannot move and sort ALL my skills free how i like it!
Please fix this, because it is actually not playable for me.
