Ergh, doesn’t work for me. It’s such a long quest and to get to that part only to have it bug out is beyond frustrating. The PvE in this game is seriously just potato.

Bug: When i’m trying to lead the researchers out of the cave… they STILL won’t follow!
A lot of the times when I check my traits after a game, or midgame I found that they have been ‘unset’. Aka my Trait “Keen Edge – Use sharpening stone on 75% health” is often just turned off – aka no trait selected for that allocated slot.

Issue: Got a full 5 member party, entered the dungeon, all of us were put into seperate instances. According to map chat, this is happenign to many other players too.

Bugged skill point regarding Defeating the river drake. It doesn’t become hostile…
Okay yeah, I retract my previous statements. The sharks are actually really annoying if you’re not a tank class.
The water is fun in terms of combat, but the sharks have to go to, it makes it really imbalanced when one team can control the Ruins really easily because the opposing team needs to send a fair few people to take it over due to sharks… leaving dock/beach open
I used to think the same way.
Then I learned how to effectively do combat and evade underwater.
I actually like this map now, it’s still tied with my least favourite map with Kyhlo (bloody catapults…), but I do have fun on it.
The current system on the Forest of Niflhel map regarding Svanir and the Chieftain means it is possible to deal only a small amount of damage to the creatures, however if you make the killing blow, the kill will be counted towards your team.
Many times have I painstakingly solo’d the Creatures to tiny amounts of health only to have a ranger, thief, or other class quickly stun me and then snake/ninja the kill.
This current system is not balanced
In order to balance this system to prevent sneaky ninja kills, the team that does the most damage to the creature should be awarded the kill. This should reset if the creature’s health completely regenerates.
