Guild Wars 2

Hi Boys and Girls ,
I have been playing Gw2 for a couple of weeks now.(Eu servers)
I never join a guild in an MMO until I have explored the classes,community and more.
I am an Oldtimer ,both in age and regarding games , started out when commandore64 = hitech gamingmachine around..
Anyways..
Any Guild around who think I would fit right in?
+40 of age (well not in mind)
Played WOW from Beta and loved it until… well , it got too popular maybe..Community went to xxxx..I was The first “kill this boss solo achiever” at the server , but are by no means a “hardcore” player , I like to take it slow ,discover and have fun.
Played numerous mmo´s since , biggest time in Lotro I think.
Big Arpg fan since Diablo 1. Beta tested D3 …Big dissapointment..
Currently Beta tester for Path Of Exile since September 2011 ..Going to be the D3 killer..
What i am lookin for in a Guild?
Mature people (not necceserely “old” peeps)
Respect that people play for fun , no namecalling,blaming ,bs in general. Treat people with respect.
No "you have to attend + perform + achieve this or that ..got enough of that in rl allready.
Well , before a wall of text collapse on my head ..

Not playable last 24 hrs.
5 – 45 secs delay on skills , invisible enemies .rubberbanding etc.
Isp Telia. No problems before , tried “everything” from my end.
