There are quite a bit of people facing the same problem as you chupa.
I’ve had this issue for over a month now and it’s driving me nuts.
Hopefully they’ll fix this soon.

I am also in almost the same situation as XBOSZ above. I had ~2-5 second delay for about a month, which was completely fixed about a week ago, and then about 2 days ago, the lag came back. Unbearable and unplayable atm.
I never faced such lag in my 1 year of playing until about a month ago (been on the same ISP for the entire year).
I only face lag only when playing GW2
