I tried to make Dusk in the Mystic Forge.

I could imagine some pretty sick whips…

three things that would make me happy:

1.) the ability to sort my friends into groups (i.e. WvW, sPvP, Dungeon)
2.) the ability to see which dungeon paths I still need to do
3.) fist-fight with Zommoros

Frosch, you’re quite the strong/sensitive type – and I like the way you twist the words.

If you’d care to re-examine my brutal attack on these poor souls from another viewpoint, you might find that I bluntly but humorously stated that reliable internet is required to play our beloved game, and then displayed genuine concern for the comfort and well-being of our other mutual friend.

I’m touched that you would perceive my suggestions as commands, but I’m afraid yes, I was “merely” pointing out the uncontrollable circumstances we find ourselves playing in sometimes, and the irony in finding these problems surprising.

What gives you the right to judge him in such a manner? Do you mean that he shouldn’t use his eyes at all because they are troubling him? Do you know the circumstances of his case? You must be his doctor then? A little hint, he is not the only one with eye problems, so i am especially sensitive here.

Can’t believe some people’s responses on this thread. Someone says they find jumping difficult due to a visual impairment and you respond with sarcasm and by telling them they shouldn’t be playing the game. Absolutely disgraceful, no other way to describe it.

You people have no idea about this persons condition or their ability to play the rest of the game so who are you to be so rude?? I suspect most of you don’t even realise how much vision someone who is legally blind can still have so maybe you should check that out before telling someone not to play this game.

I actually have no quarrel with Zero (your ISP hits me in the feels), nor Sylv (your brain is unfair to you, and that sucks). I was merely pointing out the silly circumstance for the negativity here. Now I feel a duty to exacerbate the situation by smashing down on this irony-fest as forceful as I can muster with a keyboard.

As for my right to judge – I happen to be physically handicapped – it’s why I will never realize my dream to be a fighter pilot, and why soccer never appealed to me…

But I don’t partake in activities that I know I am not equipped for, may it be playing an MMO on dial-up, testing how many colors I can see before I stroke, or simply taking the stairs when the elevator door is open. Certainly, I would have only myself to blame having taken the risk whilst knowing the consequences… It just doesn’t make sense.

That being said – I do believe I should be taking a leave of absence for a year or so..

Zero – The O in MMO stands for you need a decent connection to the internet. It’s like you’re complaining about how quiet the opera is with earplugs in, or acting confused as to why it’s so hard to pedal your bike with flat tires.

And Sylv! You should not be playing these games if you’re disabled in such a manner. Diabetics shouldn’t slam carbs, either.

It’s all VERY cool. The rewards are somewhat lame to me (just skins, no rare items), but that’s just personal preference I suppose. I’ve never had more fun hating people than whilst doing the sprint. =P I really like the new methods of movement, the beautiful sights and sounds, and one fantastic Quaggan.

I don’t have any problems with the skills? A lot of people say its glitchy and buggy ~ but everything works just fine on my end… Maybe I’m just THAT. GOOD.

I take my APs very seriously. I’m proud of each and every one of them.

Unfortunately, I was wasting my time playing ArchLord while all the coolkids were playing GW1, so I’ve got zip for HoM. I think if I had played, I’d be upset with how few points I got from it… I’m not upset at all with the change, even if it means my rank is pushed back a bit. Gotta give props to the vets!

The APs for throwing down the gold, time and tears to make a legendary are just silly though! Should be AT LEAST 50 points a pop IMO; and if anyone completes all tiers, ANet should fly them out to HQ for a party, before paying for gaming rehab. =P
