Can we get acknowledgment that this is a bug?

I rarely post, but this reallllly rustles my jimmys.

This is one of the few QOL changes added with HoT — and it’s being changed to the opposite of what it needs to be: chests and token being Account Bound

It looks like the backpack and aquatic helm are missing the ‘skin’ field under character
