ok this being a browser… do i need some third party software to keep up to date ? like java, flash and so on ?
anyone with an idea… from support if possible ?

Off got same problem again, rebooted PC changes screen resolution and gfx… what does this in game browser need ? am i the only one having this problem ?
it seems to appear right after i make a transaction, not sure if this gets it some how stuck or it is just coincidence

Holy Molly, it worked now for some reason. Did not do anything and it just came up on the window… weird.

I tried with the holy reboot, since i wasn’t sure anymore if i left it at sleep over night or not, but sadly that did not solve my problem.

I sill cannot use the gem store and get the same window as shown in the picture above. I hope I do not have to reinstall the entire game for this -_-

I bought a few gems via the in game gem store, but since yesterday night the gem store won’t show up anymore.
I want to use it, but cannot… what can I do to make it show up again ? all tabs from the gem store are blank and nothing is showing in the main “gem store” window.
I linked a picture with what I get, I logged out quite a few times since then.

Please help me,
