I also think that a lfg tool is needed but i am against complete automation because it takes away the ability of the player to decide who they want to group up with.
Those bad Pug experiences many people seem to fear come from the fact that they would end up in groups they normally wouldn’t have joined.

2 Examples
PlayerA: LF3m Cof Farmrun experienced players only
PlayerB: New player lfg cof exp
There are many more examples voicecom/novoicecom would be another one.

A random automatic lfg tool would put PlayerB into PlayerA’s group which is bound to be a bad experience for both.
Therefore i would like to see a type of lfg tool where you can select the dungeon/event you want to do and type in a short comment so that likeminded players can group up together. Like gw2lfg.com just ingame and consequently more used because defaults matter. Sorry for my english.

In my opinion having not more than 10 Skills is fine however i would really appreciate it if every weapon had more than one skill set to choose from because i find myself running with weapons i don’t like because the weapon combos i would like to play either don’t fit together or force me to run a build i don’t like or have 1 or 2 skills i use on regular basis while the rest is situational at best or extremly useless in pve at worst (while most likely good in pvp).
Any Guardians here that run sword+torch in broad daylight while dreaming of a sword shield pve build that is effective?
Or warriors that would like to play sword+sword but don’t because you don’t like condi builds?
Or any rangers that would like to give up a little cc on the shortbow to have a few more attacks to do in your typical pve fight?
Or Engineers that would like the choice between a rifle that works as a shotgun or like a typical ranged rifle?

I would prefer it if the Achievement would be like this: Do Xdungeon or kill x enemies in wvw or craft xitems or kill x enemies in spvp or do a combination of these things. Something along those lines would be pretty good in my opinion. Like how the Hearts are designed multiple ways to achieve an overall goal.

In my opinion it was an amazing event. It took me quite a long time to complete but when i reached the top a charr and a litte asura were with me and we just /dance.
If you didn’t like it just move on and do something else. Seriously why do so many people believe that everything has to be tailormade for their taste and sense of difficulty.
The only people i feel bad for are those that couldn’t participate because they would get motion sick (Fov Issue) .

Always Underleveled (Not enough xp gain)

Another issue, I’m a night owl. I play at the times when barely anyone else is online. So there isn’t much in the way of knocking out Dynamic Events. So most of the time, I’m running solo cause barely anyone is around. And when you come across those elite events that require big groups, you just can’t do them. Or you come across areas that would have events, but they are on a constant farm that they never change.

Maybe that’s the problem right there. Maybe instead of increasing xp gain Anet needs to look at the frequency of dynamic events that happen outside of peak hours and the difficulty for one person or small groups.
That could explain why some are way overleveled while others are that far behind while doing all the suggested activities.

Would be interesting to know if the people that experience this are peaktime players.
