My bank has, over time, been filled up with items that I don’t want to use, yet can’t bring myself to destroy knowing it will never be available again.

If possible, from Bazaar of the Four Winds onward, all Living Story limited edition skins/rewards are given as a repeatable withdraw in a similar fashion to the Zenith skins.
