they are still fine. For whatever reason my PC is seeing the patcher as unknown after the patch. I may need to try uninstalling again when I get home from my trip.

The game will not launch and resets, deleting local.dat, and other attempts has made the game un launchable. What a mess! Any one else have this issue?

Which folder is this file supposed to be located in. I downloaded to my desktop like Anet states, but cannot find this file to try and get around the once again broken patcher after todays patch.

Yup, unplayable. Patcher just gives me the error dialogue report screen.

This is redic! Even a system restore does not work. Kind of at the end of my rope with A Net. Never really any tech help.

I hit exit from the HOTW dungeon and the game shut down and went into the new patch download on the patcher, then said unable to downlaod, and now the patcher is broken. Each attempt even after CPu reset the patcher pops up the error send page for AN. NICE

I have noticed that only about 10% of items including NPC pieces work for preview any more.

Ok, this patch has been a complete nightmare up to the point of the launcher demanding a fresh install saying files are corrupt.

It started yesterday after the gift patch with the game lowering my level by over 20 levels. A relog cleared that but it turned into a problem any manuals on my toons are not usable and any rare items crafted w/o being soul bound to me are un-mailable or un sellable on the AH.

I had to uninstall the game and will try a fresh install.

Please fix these holes so those of us with Holiday time off can at least play some.
