Currently level 42 cant wait to get him to 80!

Hello I was wondering if I could have help with something.

I accidentally transfered world from Underworld to Blacktide I was worried at first because I had to wait 7 days so I thought I might just leave it. Yet now i’ve played on the server for a bit if noticed that hardly anybody speaks English. So I can’t talk or ask for help. ECT. Now i’m worried that a second world transfer will cost gems which i’m not allowed to buy.

Is there anyway to re-transfer back to a English speaking server preferably ‘Underworld’?
