I would love to see where they say they will restore anything shadowX. I have seen several several cases on this forum where people have lost tons of gold, equipment and level 80 characters and NOTHING has been returned to ANYONE. Not a single person on this forum has had equipment, gold or a character returned after it being stolen/deleted.

No, arenanet has already said they cannot restore individual characters/items/gold for an account. Tons of people have gotten hacked and lost everything, the only thing they will do for people is restore accounts…awesome huh?
Once again Arenanet trying to push the responsibility of this enormous security joke onto its customers. This game has less security then most free FORUMS, much less a multi-million dollar MMO.
But i guess its forgivable as it’s their first game…wait…well surely first MMO…
