I can attest to the great great community we have on IoJ. Been here since Beta.
The community at its core has never given up despite dropping from tier 1 to tier 7 and clawing our way up, now settling in tier 3.
We’ve been beaten into tempered steel. We try our best no matter what the odds.
We’re all here for good fights, good friends and good fun. If that’s something your looking for then IoJ may be the server for you.
I think a lot of the confusion is because server time does follow daylight savings time (at least in NA). I wish they would just schedule resets based on server time, then we wouldn’t have to deal with these one hour shifts.
Or just get the country to abolish daylight saving time because its unnecessary and costs more money. Come on ANET! You can do it! =p
This is something that really needs to be addressed. Blocking in it’s current form is pretty useless. We have a resident wvw spy on our server that just sits at our wp and feeds intel to the servers were up against and trolls map and team chat. A true block across all chat channels would help alleviate this.
hawkster.2607 is the spybot that’s present whenever we have DR in our tier. It just sits there running the same script over and over so it doesn’t get logged out. The account has been reported for botting dozens of times and ANET just ignores it. Pretty pathetic.
