I was working hard on map completion when I realized that you couldn’t ‘turn off’ the star. I assumed it would disappear if you changed your title, but it doesn’t. I will absolutely NOT do map completion on my mesmer until they get this fixed. This issue just sucked all the joy out of me playing my favorite character in this game. I barely play her at all now and started an alt instead. I hope Anet fixes this soon!
