Krewe leader Dobbs event in Timbeline Falls bugged.
He can chat with you but nothing happens, this event once completed raises a vendor which holds a collection item. I’ve seen posts as far back as 2012 showing same issue. Most ‘helpful’ suggestions say just have a spare char parked at spot.
