Just started the norn story line. In Disciples of the Dragon, I listen to Eir Stegalkin, the Svarnir warrior speaks, dialogue ends, “looks like we’re going to have to do this the hard way” and then nothing. I was expecting the Svarnir to turn red and attack, but they stay green. If I go to the back of the cave, Herjarr is red. Defeating him turns him green, but nothing more. The quest “next step” says to “meet Eir outside the camp”, which I’ve already done. Greeting her just gives a canned greeting. Cannot progress.
