I had notice a graphical glitch with the wyvern fight, where 1 of his fire skills left an invisible fire trail that would damage those standing on top. Another bug I noticed is that if the wyvern knocks you off the platform and you land on an updraft, you pretty much get sent flying. Though, it seems you don’t leave the map, thankfully. Everyone else already mentioned the low fps, so I guess I’ll end that there.

Extras:
-The challenge was also pretty fun. Was aiming to get gold the entire time and nearly made it! (Got 97 before I gave up burnt vines)
-The Renevant is pretty interesting to play. Whether the skills/traits for this class are imbalanced or not we’ll have to see later when more of the class is revealed.
- Probably the most hyped thing for me right now is our characters being able to speak out of cut scenes.
-The new wyvern boss fight was pretty fun, though it didn’t feel like there was any risk in zerging him down. Was it because he was set on easy mode?

Yeah, I had this issue too. How I managed to get it is by exiting and reentering the instance until it spawned. It seems to be by chance. It’ll spawn in the spot that’s in Dulfys video if you get lucky.
Good luck, and hope anet fixes soon.

weapon set switching for elementals?

While I agree with the majority of the posts above this I have to say that switching weapons on an Elementalist while out of combat can be a pain, an out of combat weapon swap option is and idea I can get behind.

When switching from staff to dagger/dagger I am sometimes caught be a stray attack or a member of the group starts an encounter/progresses a dungeon forward before I am ready, the result of which is me being stuck in combat with a single dagger equip.

Yeah, I agree with this right here. Weapon switching out of combat can be very useful for elementalists. Using your inventory to swap can be quite tedious at times.

Hey, everyone. We’ve been reading all your feedback about the Flamekissed Armor Skin that was released into the Gem Store yesterday.

Although the Flamekissed Armor uses the same mesh as the Tier 3 Human Cultural Armor, it was not our intention to create an armor skin that so closely matched the existing Tier 3 Human Cultural armor set. The intention was to use the mesh as a basis for creating an armor set that stands apart and is distinct in appearance. However, after reading your feedback, we agree that the Flamekissed armor is not visually distinct enough from Human Cultural Tier 3 armor.

We will do a few things to address this issue.

  • We will temporarily remove Flamekissed Armor Skin from the Gem Store.
  • Players who have purchased Flamekissed Armor Skin will keep the skin.
  • We will make new art for the Flamekissed Armor Skin that achieves our goal of making a visually distinct and attractive armor set and does not closely resemble the Human Tier 3 Cultural armor.
  • Once this new artwork is completed, we will then update the Flamekissed Armor Skin so that all existing sets that players have purchased get the new art. We will also offer the Flamekissed Armor Skin for sale again at that time.
  • When we update the Flamekissed Armor Skins with the new artwork, any player that has already purchased the set and who does not like the new, updated look, can get a full refund by contacting Customer Support.

Note that there is no ETA on when this change will happen. We need to work with the Character Art Team to determine when we can have a new armor skin ready, and this could take some time.

Thank you everyone for providing your feedback. We appreciate that you took the time to let us know how you feel about the new armor set.

Excellent fix.
Acknowledged the issue and presented a solution and proper compensation. However,
I hope you don’t completely scrap this idea of having particles on cultural armour. Maybe introduce it in a different method, perhaps? Like those have purchased cultural armour can upgrade their armour through the mystic forge like upgrading the ascended back piece in fractal of the mist to make it shiny. Short of legendary armour, this is can be the poor man’s way to get nice effects without having to go through the extensive amount of time to craft one.

Seriously, ANET. Trying so hard not to vent my frustration out on these forums right now. Fix your kitten, and fire whoever came up with this idea. Legit kitten ing on everyone’s faces who bought that t3 human armor before this patch.

Legendary weapons :Combined Footfall effects

Hey, guys. I’ve recently finished my incinerator awhile back and have decided to go ahead and work on my second legendary, Meteorlogicus. I’m about 75% done now, and was told that footfall effects are determined by the main hand weapon. This sort of discourages me from finishing, because I like the incinerator footfall effect. What I’m suggesting is that Anet somehow add new unique footfalls for people who have multiple legendaries with different footfall effects. Like Fire/Cloudy Lightning effect with firey clouds for Meteorlogicus/Incinerator. Let me know what you guys think
