Guild Wars 2

Been playing GW2 for a long time now, and very recently I have started experiencing an issue where running the game prevents anything else on my PC from making sound. Applications, other games, youtube videos, nothing.

This was not an issue even a couple weeks ago, very recent. And when I close GW2 everything comes back.

Going to start doing commissions but I have no idea what my art is worth. Help?
