Yeah, because Anet cater to casual players and raids are intended to be difficult. Look at the difference in difficulty between wing 1 & 2, wing 2 is considerably easier. How long until Anet give in to the tears of the casual players and make raids more accessible by adding easier difficulty levels? Scrubs have already been crying about the “difficulty” of raids.

This is something most players I associate with are concerned about, especially with how generous the enrage timers in wing 2 are making that wing easy enough as it is.

Unfortunately, while I know there’ll be a lot of people saying that won’t happen, I’d put money on it. Anet have been catering to the casual players for 3 years, they’re not about to change that now.

I question how long until raids join the pile of “dead” or “removed” content. Fractals, Dungeons, SAB and soon Raids… RIP.

I’ve not seen anyone post about buying the expansion twice from 2 different places, except for those that first purchased a fraudulent key.

I’m sure you appreciate the CS Team taking the time to make sure they are refunding the money to the correct person, rather than giving your money away to someone who doesn’t deserve it.

Think you’re missing some information here.

I log in, I buy the expansion through the in-game store. I get an in-game mail claiming I’ll receive a Key in an email. 1 hour later: nothing. 6 hours later: nothing. I check my bank, no payment taken. Presume there was an error, I log in and purchase again. It automatically gives me access to the expansion, no CD key in mail.

A few days later I check my bank for payday.

Two payments taken out to Digital River Ireland.

I appreciate ANet are trying to ensure they’re “refunding” the right person. Issue here is I’m not asking to be refunded, I don’t want to get locked out of content to only spend a load more time re-purchasing the game for the same issue to potentially happen again.

Hey everyone,

I bought Heart of Thorns through the in-game store, receiving a mail in-game that I would get emailed a code to link to my account. After not receiving the code, I was able to purchase HoT AGAIN in-game (lol?) and it automatically upgraded my account. PayPal is showing 2 transactions.

After emailing support, even though I can provide sufficient proof they’re needlessly complicating the ordeal by asking me for a tonne of details to refund and lock me out of the content, when I’d be happy if they even just compensated the additional £35 in gems.

Anyone else had this issue or is it just me?

The rank 10,20,30,40 vendors are actually by the rabbit vendor – go up the stairs. For some reason they didn’t remove the ‘not yet available’ npcs.

Is it just me, or is the rank 10 / 11 glory vendors always ‘not yet available?’ Everything higher then that is ok. But not that?

Forced to buy rabbit chests ftw!
