My account has been restored it took just over a day to restore it after i submitted my serial code to the awaiting more information responce .Thanks guilds wars team and people in this thread for helping.

I got a response form suport team after i submitted a ticket 23 hours ago , it just says requesting more information so that we can research this for you, please provide the 25-digit Guild wars 2 Serial Code you registered to your account. I have already added my serial code to the same ticket and not sure why they did not receive it.

When i try to log in i get a message saying your account has been terminated due to botting ,extended uninteded play, using macros or similar behaviour.I do not use any third party programe or macros . The last event i completed had bots farming in the group event kill the eye of Zhaitan patrolling the kings passage , does this mean i assited the botting . I may have also been afk for some time in WVW and now i get perma ban. Incident: 121106-000965

Im running all graphics settings on full including animation on high.For some reason after the update the hair is frozen and the animation of the hair hardly moves as much while running or attacking.Its strange because it worked fine in the beta and in the final version its as if the hair had been downgraded or missing some animation for movement.The other female long hairstyles animation movement works well and the bug is for only this human female hairstyle.

I only have this problem with one female human hairstyle , do you have this problem with alll hairstyles or just one?
