You should submit a ticket through the support link at the top (then ‘submit a request’ link in the top right on that page) and request your refund. You should include whatever items you feel you should receive as a refund in your request (transmutation stones/crystals, makeover kits, etc.), though it is not guaranteed all items will be seen as valid for a refund beyond the 800 gems.

Thanks I did all that the first time and after five days still no contact. I forgot to write down the first ticket number, so I have created a second ticket number….

Ok…if this was answered elsewhere my apologies but…

I purchased the Flamekissed Light Armor skin when it first came out with the modified human cultural T3 look. I understand why some folks got upset and forced Arenanet to pull the item from the gem store, but I bought it while it was available…I DO NOT like the new skin and put in a support ticket via email asking only for a gem refund and a way to pull the skin off of my current armor. I sent that request in 5 days ago and still no response.

Has anyone else had any success getting a gem refund for the Flamekissed Armor…I did not ask for my money back but just the 800 gems…

what is it to change? you deserve that kind of reward since your server performance is swarming enemies like hordes of insects, you are entitled to get a insect scale reward.

i also get the same reward, rubbish really but i dont mind because along the 7 week long season i gained 100+ wvw level, 12 exotics drops, 8% passive magic find, bags from champions, tons of materials and gold, some achievement point, in game skill and experience and most precious of all i get to read complaints about rewards like this.

i would say i am blessed with the rewards cannot say the same about you

The rewards were crap…not gonna waste my time.

So…I logged in just back from a trip…and opened my season one chest as soon as I logged in (which I was looking forward to the whole trip) and was disappointed like everyone else—total crap after so much effort. Then I joined our guild voice-com only to learn that due to the complaints, an anet dev hinted that they may change the chests to make the rewards better and suggested that folks not open their chests before the patch next Tuesday. What about the folks like me that didn’t get the message and already opened our crappy chests?

To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. If this is the crap they are gonna give us they can forget about more seasons…I feel jerked around.
