in the quest “source of orr” the sovereign eye of zhaitans invulnerable state bugs and lasts forever,the buff states it lasts for an hour but i did not want to wait that long just to finish a quest,then i found out from random sites on the internet that if you use anything besides your 1 ability(auto attack) the boss can bug,so i go back in and just auto attack the hole boss fight and i was able to beat him.

yes,they told him they terminated his account…guess he did not win the seemingly random lottery that they use to dertermine who they help and who they say"the doors that way",look i may come off as ankitten but some poeple get replies from the team and then they get their accounts back just like that,it does make me angry that my brother has been misstreated in this way and all im looking to do is find someone that can help him.

or they could have used other methods to access the info while there was no email verification system in place during launch,unique passwords or different emails do not help if they can get the info relatively easily,its not always an issue with your info,it can sometimes be just a fact of having weak security,im not trying to start some argument im just looking for help from the team at arena net as so far they did not help my brother,look at how many cases there are right now with these problems,it might be low compared to other mmos but it is still a serious issue and having someone you know have this happin to them is not a easy thing to just look over and say"well maybe your password was not unique enough,maybe you should have been smarter and more carefull"

the problem is he did not verify any logg in info or go to any sites,hes smarter then that,the email im referring to is the notification that someone tried to logg in form a different location,and he did conctact customer support and they said that hes account has been terminated.

so my brothers ingame is FingerFlick.4382.he got some emails telling him to verify a loggin and shotly after was banned under the false accusation of gold farming,he only had 5 gold on his account,he made a ticket and the response is that his account is terminated,so the qustion is arena net really going to punish their player base for their poor security? as i recall email verification was not available at launch so thats a great window for hackers,im trying my best to stay calm but this is BS.
someone bought your game and gets hacked through your security and the customer is to blame? so im asking for someone to look into his case and possibly reopen it,hes lost hope for arena net,he wont even try and post on the forums because he has become hopeless,can you rally blame him? i want nothing more then to play the game with my brother,please look into this,please help me and my brother out.

my brother was hacked and then permanently banned under the accusation of gold farming,he had about 5 gold…anyway he got emails trying to verify logins and not soon after was banned,he reported this and the response was that his account is terminated,why is he paying for your poor security,this is your problem and this is just poor customer service.
hiskitten and i asked him to post in the forums but i think he just gave up,can you blame him? this is the way you treat your customers,this is unacceptable and you need to reopen the case.

his ingame name is FingerFlick,account is FingerFlick.4382,i dont know his ticket numbers.
