Hats off to the dev who thought of this mechanics!
It’s the only Arah final boss that feels on par mechanic-wise with Lupi. Brilliant mechanics, really.
I love it. To be fair though, I still haven’t beaten it, but I love it.
The rest of Arah final bosses just feel like they need some more love, compared to Lupi.lupi is no doubt the best boss in this game..
dwayna on the other hand.. require specific class to success..I have no doubt in my mind that a group of extremely competent players could do this boss with any team composition available.
Arena Net never ever said that every team composition will be equal in terms of how good they can perform.
Show that competent team of yours, do this boss without mesmer and warrior..
Show it with a video..

It doesnt matter if people can do this or not..
there should not be a boss which “REQUIRE” a certain class especially in this game where they promote no “Trinity”..
Do this without any warrior, mesmer, guardian.. post a screenshot..
otherwise this boss needs a nerf..
Locking skill bars in free and paid tournaments. This is a change that will prevent people from cheesing the ability to swap skills and weapons in-between fights in a competitive game (either a free tourney or paid tourney game). This will mean that once the game starts (the countdown is done), you will be locked into your weapon sets, utility skills, elite, etc.
no more open inventory
put on staff
earth2→f3→lite5→lite4..
then switch back to daggers
make me sad
Was about to make a thread “Grind Wars 2” but i am too busy..
Love this game.. But i cant enjoy it the way i want it to..
Eg.. Exploring.. Did all jumping puzzle.. Did all outdoor boss.. Getting dungeon master title.. Get exploring achievement..
Rewards? Zero..
While people “playing TP” gets all the gold..
People farming crabs for gold.. Grind? check
People farming 1st boss of arah3 get gold.. Grind? check
People who bought gold got the legendary..
Also
Need gear? Do dungeon 100×..
Need ascended ring/back? Do FOTM 100x
Need karma? Do plinx 1000x
Grind Wars 2..
You can do whatever you like in this game.. But to get gold.. You must grind..
Really hope Anet can do something to reward who play this game fully..
I have done all jumping puzzle.. Gonna get all explorer and soon dungeon master..
Even put some effort to kegmaster.. I have the highest achievement point in my guild without spamming salvaging for these point..
But my gold is much lesser than someone i know who is botting or others who is buying gold..
The legendary imo should be something you challenge yourself to get..
Not something fully depend on how much gold you have..
It is not really the trait is not good..
But rather it is not good enough..
It lacks of the most important thing than all the other class, that is
“Synergies”
Currently there is no synergies between element.. You spec into 1 and it dont do anything for the others..
So for other element, it only get the stats, thats all it is..
Another part of weakness in Elementalist trait is that.
Putting point in one will not have effect on others..
Thus it making most ele choosing 1 main spec+arcane(affect all attunement) and others for stats only. .
The trait on one should also affect the others when they are not under that attunement.. So people will switch attunement more .
