Lol was just about to say can you access the UI of the mouse and create a new profile and create a couple of new macro key presses but they guy above said the same

Lol wish I could help but if ya cant bind em in F11 I have no idea has it ever worked on GW2?
The only thing I could suggest is to see if there are any updated drivers for it but I guess you probably done it
