That maybe so. The main problem in hand is that you cannot actually see if the first ticket is actually closed or not. For that reason and because it was working again after April 22nd he needed to start a new ticket. There was no other way.

automated response has been received for each ticket. The main problem though is that ticket #560034 is still not closed as he stated that the authenticator needs to be removed and up to now nothing has been done.

As a friend of mine (nosense.4218) cannot issue a complaint on the forums, I am going to do it on his behalf.
Currently he is playing on German Servers with a german client. Well actually he is not playing at all because since April 21st 2014 the mobile authenticator which was implemented on his account wants a number. Great so he thought, checked his smartphone and OMG what does he see? Nothing! No more data in the Google authenticator app. Great. He issued a ticket (#560034) and got a reply on April 22nd. He explicitly told the GM that the authenticator needs to be removed from his account otherwise he will have that issue time and time again. Apart from him being able to log in again NOTHING of the sort was done.
Now, on April 24th it happened again. (ticket #568488).
This is terrible service. How can it be that the GM did not help him on April 22nd. All he wants to do, is to be able to play again but nothing is happening. He has even gone as far as opening a new ticket on the english support site, in the hope it might get done properly and quickly. (ticket #569729).
He is very upset that he is not being heard and his issue is not being dealt with accordingly.
Has anyone got any suggestions what else we can do?
We are simply lost for words. All we hope for is that the support can help us.
