Add: Custom chat channels, Duels, Ability to “join” someone in an instance instead of having to be there right when they entered it.
I also approve this. In World of Warcraft we also use custom channels for Alliances and such, my favorite being the [Oldworldraids] in which it is easy to find others who are interested in acquiring achievements for older content.
It would also be nice to have an officer chat for guilds.
