Hi,
When I’m in combat, particularly ranged combat, I like to rotate my camera around to make sure nobody is creeping up on me.
However, when I rotate my camera and there is a target in that direction, my target is swapped and I start auto-attacking the new target. I know I can stop auto attacking the new target, but is there any way to stop my camera changing targets by itself?
Thanks.
Hopefully support can fix this quickly. I’m really frustrated and don’t want to fork out more money just to fix this problem.

Could be international taxes or something like that. I know that’s the excuse most publishers use to charge more internationally.
Well, at least there’s more then just me getting this problem. Hopefully they sort this out soon.
Hi guys,
So, I ordered the Collectors Edition of Guild Wars 2, and got a Pre-Purchase code. I added this code to my account, and played the first couple of Beta tests.
Now, I picked up my Collectors Edition when it came out, and I have added the Serial Code that came with the box. However, this code has not given me any of the digital content that I was supposed to get with the game (Such as the Golem Banker). I have gotten a mail with the Hero’s Band item, which I assume was from the Pre-Purchase code, but none of the other items.
I have tried creating a few new characters to see if they get the items, but so far none of them have, only the Hero’s Band.
I have lodged a ticket with support [Incident: 120831-008855]? but it’s been over a week and I still have not had this issue resolved. I finally managed to get a reply from support, who told me that my code has not been activated. However, when I try to activate it on the register page I get a “Serial Code Overlap: The serial code has already been applied to your account” error. So something’s obviously gone wrong here. I also never got a confirmation email when entering my code.
I’m not sure if the code I got in my Collector’s Edition was actually a Standard Edition code, because there is no way of checking what sort of version you have purchased. Every other MMO I have played has a way of showing you which version of the game you own clearly, and tells you all the information you need to know.
I’m still able to play the game, so I assume that some sort of code has been applied to my account, but I have no way of telling what that code is.
The part that has offended me the most is that the GM who replied to my support ticket actually told me that I could just upgrade to the Digital Deluxe edition in game. His exact words were: “However, you can still upgrade your account with the Collector’s Edition in-game items by obtaining the Digital Deluxe upgrade from the in-game store.”
So, basically what I’m being told is that I need to fork out another $25 worth of Gems if I want to get the items that I’ve already paid for. That is just not good customer service.
Any developer input into this issue would be greatly appreciated. Also any players who have had the same problem I’d love to hear from you.
Thanks,
