I too have this issue with the 2nd manual I purchased. My second manual was purchased from a vendor in Rata Sum. An earlier manual purchased from the Asura starting zone – – - can’t remember vendor – worked fine – unlocked my trait points. I am expecting this second manual to reset my traits as the manual description indicates. But it does nothing save for the audible sounds that I clicked it.

After successful completion of the personal story Here, There, and Everywhere, some of Sojja’s voice (audio portion) dialog was missing from the cut scene. It was only a couple sentences and most of the audio dialog was there.
