only self damaging conditions but strong enough to be worth a transfer + a trait that gives resitances or reduces condition damage

there is no evading? lol? cleanse the chill and run away, reapers are strong on point but have little to no mobility and are weak against ranged dps

this is so funny, why werent you guys complaining last bwe? nothing changed about blighters boon and our survivability…

meanwhile in the class forum people are complaining that reaper is to squishy

with blighters Boon and Chilling Force + a defensive amulett, you are a bunker without team support and no damage, stop complaining, with a offensive amulett you are still squishy and vunerable to focus and cc

i prefer LoW on more defensive/sustain builds (cele hybrid /Soldier) for the shorter cd and cast time + additonal 4 sec fury and 2 condi cleanse (instead of 1 from shelter)

shelter is way better on any ofensive/burst build to prevent focus
