I’m a big fan of GW1 and waited along (to long) time on GW2

What I don’t like is:

- The way the skills are set up. 1 of the very best things of GW1was making build and the freedom.
Can any one explain to me why it’s a good idea that the game limits me on my skill build. I need to use 4 wapons skill, 1 healing skill and there is 1 slot only for elite skills. That leaves me only 3 slots to chooce my onw skills. Are we like little childeren, not smart enough ot make up our onw mind.

- Respawning. When i kill something i expected to stay dead adn not have to kill another 5×.

- The hearts. They on’t anything to the game, there, not part of the story line and there all alike.

- Lvl cap. of 80? I mean wtf, did i just start playing world of warcraft or something.

- the “look” of the game. Or rather the lack of creativity. Most of the time i can not see the diversens between the profesions. you have 1 kind of armor that can be woren by diverent profesions. That’s so boring.
And who did design the armors? I can not belief it’s the same persone or team that designed the GW1 armor. That armor had the class of top designes like Westwood or Dior. The GW2 armor are more like Gap or Levi, it looks cheap and borig.
Or like some icoons for drops, there’s like 1 icone, but it’s 4 or 5 diverent things.

When i play GW2 i can not help wondering, what this game has to do with GW1 besites some names, places and some items you get because you played GW1.
The heart ans soul of the game is totally gone. And if you give it another name like “world of warcraft clone 10” then you know beter wat to expect.

I’m not sure what i’m going to do if someone is offering my money back.

Point-click movement in a third person MMO?

I dont think I’ve ever played an MMO (besides WoW) that had a point-click movement option. I dont think I could ever be able to play an MMO that used it, especially not a PvP heavy game.

You think there are too many skill buttons? I wonder if you have played any other MMO besides GW1. This game has a perfect number of skill buttons, the class with most is the engi but its still a minimal amount of skill buttons compared to other MMOs.

Sure it would be great if they added point-click options for those that want it. But it would really be to no benefit to you as MMO players. You would be better off getting used to the keyboard movement. There are just too many things that point-click cant do.

So yopu haven’t been playing GW1.
But that’s beside the point, we’re not playing other MMO’s here, where you can bring 50.000 diverent skill with you. If you want that, then don’t play GW
Point and klick works great if you need to run from A to B with out fighting.

And for all of you who don’t want to use it, DON’T USE IT. It’s that simple.
Some one said that the controls of GW1 didn’t work to good. For me they worked a whole alot beter then the controls of GW2. I spent over 2 hours chancing them and to make some sence of them.

It’great that YOU know, what YOU mean with them.

But most of use don’t know what YOU mean.

And when you take the time to write something here, I think you want that other people to understand what your writing about.
