Guild Wars 2

So i tried booting GW2 after 5 days of not playing and had to download a patch. Thing is, it downloads at merely 2KBps. I tried changing the client download parameters but nothing seems to work. No matter what i do, it keeps trying to download at 2-5KBps. It’s really frustrating. Anyone came across this problem?

ahhh thank you guys, ill just wait for the expansion to drop in price down the road.

Hi guys im new here, im not sure if this is the right place to ask but i havent been playing for a few months so i havent kept up with GW2 announcement till now. I bought the deluxe edition on january 26 and just saw that i could get a refund and i would love to be able to pre purchase the expansion. So my question is how do i get the refund? and do i keep all my stuff or does it get deleted? if someone can explain it to me a bit more clearer itd be great, thank you.
