Blizzards Authenticator is an RSA device and would work. Google lets you setup your Google Account to have a twostep process, The typical User/Pass, and then a code texted to a phone you register, that you enter before you can fully log in. This would work and possibly be cheaper than a RSA server and the infrastructure and support needed for it.

First thing to try is to update your audio drivers. It could be something auditory coming from the game and mishandled by your sound devices drivers.
Headset plugged in and left ON? Try muting the mic or unplugging the headset. If the headset mic pics up noise and it gets sent out the speakers, it can result in similar sounds.
They need to increase the mail storage from 10 to something more significant. The amount of in-game gold and guild-invite spam I get is annoying having it fill half my mailbox in a day. 2-3 days and I won’t have any mail space for legitimate stuff from friends.
