Guild Hall Unlock Attempts

Next week my tiny guild is going to go for the guild hall unlock. Once we pay to unlock, do we have to keep paying per attempt? Is there a counter before it runs out?

Examples: We pay the 100 Favor on 12/02 to unlock the mission. We then head off to try and complete it.

Example 01: We try and fail. Do we get to try again for free or does this cost Favor?
Example 02: We go there and fail. It’s too late, we have kids, jobs, etc, so we say we’ll try again next week. Will the clock reset and we’ll have to pay another 100 Favor?
Example 03: We pay for the mission, but then we DO NOT go attempt it. How long is this open and possible for us to attempt?

I’ve been looking through the forums for these answers and have come up short so far, so please if anyone knows, we’d love the help.

Thanks

Attribute detail

My searches have left me wanting, so here’s a direct question to my fellow players: Is there an in-game function that shows finer detail as to how attributes arrive at their values? Example: Toughness is 2000, I want to see quickly how much of that is from armor, traits, base, weapons, even temp stuff like an ally’s boost. I know, I can individually, out of game, tally all that stuff myself on a spreadsheet (or paper), but I’m wondering if there is a way the game happily, easily displays the detail.

Zerk and casual Dungeons

First off, what’s meant by Zerk in reference to Dungeons? I’ve inferred fast moving experienced players only please, but could be incorrect.

Next, I haven’t run most of the dungeons repeatedly. I want to do this casually so that I can learn the routes. When I advertise “Casual P1 run,” and similar long and short-winded LFG notes, I get little to no interest. When I join and self-identify as a newbie, I get kicked or insulted.

So how does one advertise casual dungeoneering? Any particular phrase that explicitly says “new to dungeons, want to run casually” better than stating just that, because being very clear has not attracted much interest or success.
