I just received an email that the ammount i got is correct! =D
And why i checked that the ammount was correct is that i don’t wanna risk getting banned. I’m a really paranoid person ;_;
hmm that’s odd. Anyway the items i requested refund for was 2 armor sets (1600 gems total) and 2 weapon skins (1200 gems total) but they might have given me for alot of other duplicate purchases over the year(s) i’ve bought gems.
I see. Still waiting for response from support.
Or do i have the correct ammount? Since i just checked my email again and i read this line over and over again “All items eligible for a refund have been processed at this time. You will see your refund reflected in your gem total on the Gem Store.”

Hi. I logged in this morning just to find i have 12015 gems. (had 1000 yesterday).
I have written the info and attached an image to my original refund support ticket (544795 think this is the support ticket number) and described it just like here and if Devs see this i will not use any gems until the issue is resolved!
I did all the things you told me to try. Nothing worked. So i let it download all the files and now the game works again. Still Thank you so much for taking the time to help me. I really appreciate it.
It is still downloading all the files after verifying.
It is verifying archive atm after i added the command line as you described and the Gw2.tmp is at 0kb
No. The only files i have is Gw2.tmp Gw2.exe Gw2.dat Crash.dmp (created on the 26th of Februari) and ArenaNet.log
I did exactly as you described. But the game is still downloading the files.
I played the game normally about 20 minutes ago. Wanted to switch character so i went to character selection screen just to get a black screen. Closed the game and restarted it just to find out it started to redownload all of it’s files. Any idea of what may have happened?
Here’s a pic of my engineer showing off her guns. ;-)
