There is several players with that same error across the forum, but no solution have been given so far, some players have been waiting for more than a couple of weeks.

I have opened a ticket as well 120926-004543 and the reply from ArenaNet dont make any sense at all.

Please ArenaNet, look in it and give us a solution, we are very very very sad about this.
Give us the customer support you promised.
